We provide credit reference information services to customers, including access to your credit report and credit score, and the opportunity of correcting errors that may be affecting your ability to obtain credit.
Our service starts with a free trial period that you will have applied for online, unless you contact us to cancel your account our service will then extend to a regular monthly subscription cost which will appear on your bank statement each month.

If you wish to request a refund of your subscription charges, please contact us directly. Making a direct request to your bank or card provider, including asking for a chargeback, can sometimes result in unnecessary delays and carries the risk of a genuine claim being denied.
Our initial free trial period can last up to 30 days, we are all spending more time online, so it’s not unusual for some customers to forget they signed up to our service some weeks ago. Please contact us directly and we’ll explain how and when you may have signed up to our service. If you want to cancel, just let us know and we’ll action this immediately for you.
There have been instances where a friend or family member has used a payment card belonging to someone else to sign up to our service, this may explain why you do not recognise the charges on your account, please contact us and we can look into this for you.
All customers are required to complete an online application process and agree to our terms through a series of tick boxes, any payment or card details must be entered manually on our sign up page as part of our ongoing subscription and validation process, all customers will be sent a welcome email confirming the expiry date of the free trial period and the monthly subscription cost thereafter. Please check your spam box or call us if you do not recall signing up to our service or receiving any emails from us.
